Papaya Tartare
Procedure:
Process for preparing the recipe of papaya and pear tart with honey, pink pepper and lemon.
Chop the fruit into cubes of the same size, put them together with honey, pink pepper, lemon juice and lemon zest.
Helping with a metal ring presenting the flat dinner plate and garnish with fresh mint.
Ingredients:
- 1 Papaya
- 1 Pear
- 150 g of Pineapple syrup
- 100ml of Honey
- 5g Pink Pepper
- 1 Lemon
- 1 Bunch mint
